Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of professional human resources experience
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Direct experience with labor relations and CBAs (preferred)
  • Public sector HR experience (preferred)
  • Workday experience (preferred)
