  • In this role, you’ll support efforts to clearly capture business requirements, create easy to understand process diagrams, and document design decisions.
  • You’ll also help identify opportunities to standardize solutions, reduce complexity, and improve how Alpha services are delivered to clients in a consistent and scalable way.
