Act as a compliance specialist representing the Agency Channel with a 1.5-line-of-defense mindset.
Assist in developing and rolling out educational initiatives, including training programs and various publications, for the agency channel to promote a culture of good conduct.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, law or related
Minimum 4 years compliance experience in financial industry
Experience in 1.5 line of defense role in local insurer
Understanding of Insurance Authority of Hong Kong regulations
