  • Oversee daily dining service in the Holly Terrace and Magnolia Room to ensure a warm, hospitable experience for residents and guests.
  • Hire, train, and schedule full-time and part-time team members, providing ongoing coaching to support a culture of respect, friendliness, and service excellence.
  • Maintain adherence to Federal, State, and County food safety and sanitation standards while completing administrative duties accurately.
