  • Proficiency in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, steam fitting, soldering, carpentry, fabricating and groundskeeping
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) certification preferred
  • Health Care Compliance (CHC) certification preferred
