The Regional Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of Programs, Training & Development and Quality within the Long Term Care homes.
Key responsibilities include supporting professional practice, educating and coaching teams, promoting compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring effective operation and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) of homes.

Key Requirements
Minimum five (5) years senior management experience in Long Term Care
Familiarity with RAI-MDS
Experience in gerontology/CQI/research/adult learning/change management
