Halfspace ApS is seeking an experienced Management Consultant for its Financial Services division in Stockholm, Sweden. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both Swedish and English, to help leading Nordic banks and insurers address strategic and transformation challenges.

Job Summary
We are expanding our Financial Services team in Stockholm and are looking for a skilled Consultant (3–6 years’ experience) to help leading Nordic banks and insurers tackle their most important strategic and transformation challenges.
You will help clients solve challenges such as corporate strategy and growth opportunities, operating model design, strategic cost management, buy vs. build assessments, designing and delivering change programs, value management and realization, platform and solution validation, and business process optimization and digital enablement.
Work with industry-leading banks and insurers in Sweden and across the Nordics, with opportunities to work on strategy development and hands-on transformation projects.
