Job Summary

  • Provide strategic, operational, and analytical support for PMS 525 Manpower, Personnel, and Training requirements in support of Foreign Military Sales programs, with primary emphasis on developing, coordinating, scheduling, and executing integrated maritime training pipelines for foreign military personnel.
  • This position analyzes dynamic training requirements, identifies and aligns appropriate training opportunities across U.S. Navy, Original Equipment Manufacturer, crew familiarization, internal PMS 525-developed, and Professional Maritime Training venues, manages stakeholder expectations, reporting, training documentation, and the development of decision-support products to enable effective crew qualification and program execution.
