Job Summary

  • You will lead the review, negotiation, and management of contracts, addenda, and confidentiality agreements related to EVG activities, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • You will act as a focal point with internal/external legal, procurement, compliance, controlling, and EVG areas, conducting complex alignments, resolving bottlenecks, and accelerating approvals in multidisciplinary and cross-functional scenarios.
  • You will lead process optimization initiatives, routine automation (e.g., dashboards/KPIs), workflow standardization, and rework reduction; proposing and implementing policies, templates, and operational guides.

Key Requirements

  • University degree in Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, Pharmacy or related areas
  • Solid experience in contract management, procurement, controlling or financial processes
  • Experience in regulated environments or clinical study support
  • Proficiency in contract routines, POs, invoicing, and payments
  • Knowledge of compliance applied to health/pharma
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, Power Query, pivot tables)
  • Experience with SAP, COUPA or similar systems
