The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for reporting all changes in the resident’s condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and maintaining their comfort and safety.
