Support all technical facility operations in shifts across three buildings for The Client at PowaiMumbai, ensuring site systems operate reliably, safely, and compliantly.
Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on various building systems, coordinate with vendors, and manage Helpdesk requests to minimize downtime.
Enforce health, safety, and crisis management procedures, conduct site rounds, and implement risk mitigation and energy conservation measures.
