Job Summary

• Manage all NSW SHEQ related activities and marine standards related to fleet, crew and onshore, and promote safety awareness and working practices to enhance the safety and operational culture of NSW as a world leading towage provider.
• Lead the development of NSW safety management system (HMS) in alignment with latest applicable international and local standards and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all security regulations and proactively manage security risks as part of the organization’s SHEQ responsibilities.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HSE
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position
• Experience in towage and / or offshore industry
• Experience in Quality and Safety Management Systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine/nautical sciences or Safety Management
• DPA and CSO certification preferred
• NEBOSH or similar equivalent qualifications
