Workday is seeking a Renewals Manager for Specialized Products in Warsaw, Poland, to oversee the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of specialized product accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and analytical skills, along with a minimum of three years of experience in sales or customer support within a B2B environment

Job Summary

  • Execute the end-to-end renewal process for a designated high-volume portfolio of specialized product accounts globally, ensuring on-time closure and minimizing financial attrition (reducing churn).
  • Conduct negotiations on standard renewal facets (term, quantity, pricing within guardrails) to maximize contract value while maintaining positive customer relationships, in close partnership with Deal Operations, Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.
  • Serve as a primary owner working with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Deal Operations to resolve commercial roadblocks and ensure seamless deal flow.
