Salary
Base: $24.10 - $36.15 per hour; Bonus: Sign-on bonus available for qualified external candidates paid after 90 days; Benefits: 401(k) match up to 3%, health insurance, PTO, and education assistance

Must-have

Key Requirements
Active LPN license or Medical Assistant certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
High School Diploma/GED plus accredited MA program or 2 years experience
Valid state license for LPN practice
Knowledge of life span growth and development principles
