Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The Maintenance Assistant performs routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems, and grounds, and ensures equipment is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
This position requires maintaining confidentiality of resident care information and reporting any suspected unauthorized disclosures promptly.
