  • Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives, managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers.
  • Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area to meet and exceed business plan.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis of complex data collected from the processes of the operations and continually innovate and optimize the processes for cost reduction and operation efficiency.
