Job Summary

  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, including resolving concerns with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Organize and prioritize service by taking orders, communicating them to the kitchen/bar, and ensuring accuracy before delivery.
  • Ensure dressing rooms are set up with agreed rider and in-house items upon bands arrival and that all traces of previous occupants are removed.
