Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (pre-2002)
Master's degree in Physical Therapy (pre-2016)
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License
Eligible to obtain license within 1 month
Intermediate computer skills
Pass state abuse registry checks
Submit to TB skin test and required immunizations
