Job Summary

• The Multifamily Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high-level of service, at all times.
• Assist the Property Manager with the overall operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.

• 3+ years onsite Property Management experience
• Assistant Property Manager level experience
• Yardi, Knock, Airm systems experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
