  • Manage MEP operations across multiple client sites, overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs and ensuring contractor compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and manage MEP budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and oversee fire safety systems maintenance and regulatory compliance.
