Job Summary

  • Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally, answer multi-line phones promptly, and schedule appointments and procedures efficiently.
  • Admit and discharge patients, prepare and explain estimates, and assist with prescription processing.
  • Process invoices and payments, balance cash drawer, and maintain knowledge of routine service fees.
