Responsible for the development, optimization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of painting/coating processes to ensure stable production, quality standards, cost control, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Provide professional technical support to resolve painting process issues in production, drive new project implementation, and improve line efficiency.
This role requires the ability to adapt to the on-site working environment and support shift work when necessary, with a strong awareness of safety and environmental protection.
