  • The Regional Health Systems Medical Affairs Director is a therapeutic, disease, population health and health systems expert who develops on-going professional relationships with healthcare decision makers within a regional territory across key payer and provider organizations.
  • The salary range for this role is $190,800.00 - $300,300.00; The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable; We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years in field-based medical affairs
  • Five years as a decision maker in payer/IDS space
  • Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)
  • Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine
  • Understanding of US health care delivery system
  • Understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPAA and ethical guidelines
