Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, HR Consultant will provide expertise and direction on change management and human capital projects for Merchandising, Marketing, Online, and Customer Experience groups.
This role partners with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to ensure all resources are involved with the right timing and expertise to deliver an effective associate experience.
The incumbent serves as a change management champion responsible for ensuring program realization and providing thought leadership on HR processes across compensation, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness.
