Job Summary

  • Define SimpliSafe's multi-year product vision and deliver major new capabilities into the combined product and customer marketing CLV organization.
  • Own the delivery of major new features and capabilities, from concept through to handoff, establishing the north-star experience model for protection visibility, intelligence, and differentiation.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Revenue & Retention and the Director of Activation & Adoption to ensure a coherent, differentiated protection experience.
