The individual will be involved in primarily commercial and commercial derivative test programs, but may also support military, vertical lift, and unmanned aircraft flight test.
This person should be able to provide independent oversight to programs to validate their risk assessment and mitigating actions.
This individual will be joining a team of safety engineers and Aviation Safety Officers who collaborate in a very dynamic, fast-paced development, and test environment to manage operational safety risk and promote mishap prevention.

3+ years of experience in hazardous identification, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
3+ years experience with flight test principles or supporting flight test operations
5+ years relevant technical experience in aviation safety, systems safety analysis, safety management system, ground test, flight test, aviation operations or test hazard analysis
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person)
