Job Summary

  • In this key role you will provide pathology subject matter expertise across drug discovery and development programs throughout the nonclinical and clinical development lifecycle, and/or contributes to department aligned technology development.
  • Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.

Salary

Base: $176,400 - $327,600 (Senior Principal Scientist I); $185,500 - $344,500 (Associate Director); Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive and eligibility for annual equity awards; Benefits: Comprehensive health, life, disability benefits, 401(k) with company match, generous time off package

Key Requirements

  • DVM or equivalent degree
  • PhD in relevant biological or toxicologic field preferred
  • 2+ years toxicologic pathology experience for Senior Principal Scientist
  • 5+ years experience for Associate Director level
  • Pathology board certification (DACVP, ECVP, FRCPath)
  • Demonstrated team leadership for Associate Director
  • Ability to supervise and develop others
