Job Summary
Provide leadership across FIS commercial lending implementations, guiding project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes and high client satisfaction.
Own end-to-end delivery of Professional Services revenue for the assigned portfolio, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
Support presale activities by representing Professional Services in client engagements, developing implementation estimates and project plans, and drafting and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs).
