Ennoble Care is seeking a Collaborating Physician to oversee medical services and contribute to patient care in a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice setting. The ideal candidate will be a licensed MD or DO with experience in end-of-life care, providing comprehensive medical oversight and support for patients with chronic conditions

Job Summary

  • The Collaborating Physician will have overall responsibility for the medical component of all components and conduct annual wellness exams once per year for patients.

  • Maintains controlled substances registration with state and federal authorities
  • Not excluded from the Medicare program
