We are seeking a Director of ERP Systems to serve as the primary owner of our Workday ecosystem.
This is a highly visible leadership role with accountability for the strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement of Workday across all modules and functional domains.
The role involves defining and executing the long-term Workday roadmap aligned to business objectives and overseeing all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics.
