The WIMS Engineering Organization is seeking a Software Engineering (SW) Department Manager to manage engineering activities for the Mission Data Management (MDM) Operating Unit (OU).
Responsible for program engineering execution and alignment of engineering processes with Enterprise, Sector and Division Principals and Operating Practices (PrOP).
Responsible for development, retention and performance management activities of engineering staff within the operating unit.
