Job Summary
The Digital Asset Manager oversees the organization, governance and optimization of YPO’s marketing assets to ensure efficient access, brand consistency and long-term value.
This role manages the department ’s digital asset management (DAM) systems and related tools, developing clear processes for storing, tagging, distributing and maintaining creative files, photography, video and other marketing resources.
This is a 6 month contract engagement with possibility for renewal.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital asset management
Demonstrated experience organizing large-scale digital libraries
Familiarity with metadata standards, rights management
Experience with DAM integrations
Certification or formal training in digital asset management a plus
