Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions while ensuring resident safety and respect.
  • Acts as liaison between residents, family members, and physicians and provides reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing concerning nursing service operations.
