Job Summary
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily management of the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, while maintaining a structured and well-functioning office environment.
You will act as a central point of contact in the office - a natural hub where colleagues and visitors turn with questions and day-to-day needs.
The position is 80%, with planned working hours: Monday-Thursday: 08:30–16:00 (1 hour lunch), Friday: 08:30–15:00 (1 hour lunch).
