Job Summary
Lead and coordinate four small specialist Community Mental Health teams and one program including the Program for Early Intervention and Prevention of Disability, the Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Team, the Mental Health Peer Work Program, the Pathways to Community Living Initiative,the General Practitioner Shared Care Program and direct line manage the Clinical Manager for the Case Management Team.
Provide oversight, leadership and supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring they are adequately resourced to deliver safe, effective case management and psychosocial interventions.
