Job Summary
Provides in-home services including assessment, observation, training, and monitoring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in times of crisis or as requested.
Conducts behavioral and habilitative assessments, participates in the development of individualized habilitative plans, and provides in-home intervention and training to families.
Coaches and trains caregivers and individuals on clinical interventions, data collection, and ADLs, while monitoring progress and maintaining required paperwork.
