Job Summary

  • As the Avionics Technician Manager on the Production and Test team, you will lead and develop a team of avionics technicians responsible for the assembly, integration, and test of spacecraft electrical systems.
  • You will drive execution across hardware builds, set the standard for workmanship and process discipline, and partner closely with engineering, quality, and operations to scale production and deliver mission-ready hardware.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the team adheres to ESD, FOD, and cleanroom protocols.
