  • Responsibilities may include independent responsibility for pharmacy operations, making administrative decisions on budget requirements, providing for staff development, clinical intervention in individual patient therapy, serving as clinical pharmacist on the medical team and institutional committees, and recommending formulary changes based on pharmacoeconomics and pharmacotherapeutic data.
