Job Summary

  • As a valued member of our clinical team you will provide clinical supervision, organization of programs impacting on care delivery including Orientation, In-service Education, Infection Control and Continuous Quality Improvement.
  • Works closely with the DOC to ensure the Nursing Department operates in accordance with MOHLTC, CNO, and Extendicare standards and policies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent post diploma education preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical nursing
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Demonstrated supervisory and management skills
  • Previous client needs assessment experience
  • Knowledge of MOHLTC Act & Regulations preferred
