Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for driving change within the HR team, managing transversal projects, and supporting the Head of HR, APAC to track and manage team objectives and performances.
The role includes acting as the Ethics & Compliance representative for East Asia, promoting E&C culture, handling cases, and supporting deployment of E&C programs.
The position requires frequent business travel, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams to deliver comprehensive HR services across the APAC region.
