Job Summary
This position will be responsible for managing multiple corporate facility projects, assets and properties, owned and leased, including planning, establishing, controlling, and maintaining facility assets and services for each in accordance with corporate expectations and/or guidelines.
Manage all owned and leased properties space planning activities including establishing requirements, identification, acquisition or termination, and project management of relocation services.
Develop and manage annual operating expense and capital budgets, monthly variance reporting and forecasting, and project cost control.
