• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years relevant experience in safety or related industries
• Experience in safety management strategies
• Knowledge of Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention
• Experience with Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) principles
• Seasonal travel within North America
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week
