The Adult Learner Success Coordinator serves as the University’s primary coordinator for adult learner engagement, re-enrollment, and ongoing success, leading outreach and designing support strategies tailored to non-traditional students.
This newly created role reflects UAPB’s strategic commitment to expanding access, improving completion, and strengthening workforce alignment for adult and post-traditional learners.
The Coordinator will play a key role in establishing and operationalizing the Adult Learner Hub, a dedicated center designed to meet the unique needs of working adults.
