Job Summary
The Dietary Aide plays an essential role in supporting the dietary department by assisting with meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident needs, set up meal trays, and deliver food to residents.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment, and follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
