Job Summary

• The Refrigeration Equipment Operator – First Class is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining refrigeration systems that provide chilled water for the facility’s air conditioning systems.
• This position monitors the facility management system (METASYS), responds to system alarms, and coordinates with internal teams and contractors to resolve operational issues.

Key Requirements

• First Class Refrigeration Equipment Operator’s License
• Five (5) or more years of experience
• Technical or vocational training preferred
• CFC Certification and EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification strongly preferred
