Job Summary
This foundational role will own the client onboarding ecosystem from the ground up, designing client journey flows by segment and enabling clients to reach 'ready to trade' across every product and corridor.
Success will be measured by Time to First Trade, Onboarding Completion Rate, Self-Serve Completion Rate, and First-Time Pass Rate for compliance checks.
You will be joining a team of ex-Stripe, J.P. Morgan, and Kraken alumni, backed by Accel and Lightspeed, where onboarding is considered a core part of the product.
