Base: $50,000 – $55,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and pet discounts
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Proficiency in SPSS, R, or Excel
Experience with survey design and interviewing
Nice-to-have
Undergraduate honors thesis or capstone project
Knowledge of cognitive and behavioral psychology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
