  • Healthcare Security Officer Certification (CHSO) within two years
  • Illinois Firearm Control Card (FCC) within 90 days
  • Conducted Energy Weapon certification within 90 days
  • Stop the Bleed Certification within one year
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Pass background investigation and drug screen
