Job Summary
The role aims to contribute to positive business development by supporting competence and commercial focus at a number of units.
You will be responsible for developing, following up, and coaching a number of our local pub managers to deliver positive development in terms of sales, results, and quality.
You will be an important part of The Bishops Arms national team, working closely with the Operational Manager, pub managers, three area managers, and colleagues at Elite Hotels.
