Job Summary

• The Nurse Aide in Training program provides hands-on experience and classroom instruction to prepare individuals for becoming Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Trainees will assist residents with essential care needs, observe and report changes in their conditions, and support their overall well-being under supervision.
